Financial incentives are available through the WorkBC Wage Subsidy Program to support you with hiring new employees. This funding is another great reason to onboard one of our clients as it reduces your costs to train them to the level of productivity required for the position. The wage subsidy supports you while you support your new hire to fully integrate with the company during their first 12 – 15 weeks on the job. Job Creation Partnerships
Job Creation Partnerships support funding to organizations and provides community benefit while creating jobs to assist unemployed EI eligible clients with opportunities to gain meaningful work experience. Projects benefit the job seeker, community and the local economy. However, the primary focus must be on helping the job seeker.
Let us host your next job fair. The WorkBC office is available to employers and community organizations looking for a central location to hold hiring events. Our network is far reaching and we are able to attract many diverse job seekers when you need to expand your workforce. Most recently we have hosted hiring fairs for We Care Services, 7-Eleven Stores, Elections BC, Wesgar Inc., Chances Maple Ridge.
